Amazonite and Aquamarine Ring

Please understand that your unique handcrafted jewellery is made from scratch. This takes time so from placing your order to delivery could be 3 weeks. Pieces that we have more than one in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 days.

During busy times of the year, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, we will be much busier, therefore orders may take longer to be completed and shipped.

Silver and other metals are prone to tarnish due to natural oxidisation however, some everyday routines will speed this process up (contact with soap, perfume, sweat and natural oils that are in our skin). Using a Renaissance Wax or a clear lacquer over the surface of the metal will slow this down. We recommend using a good quality jewellers silver cloth regularly and always remove jewellery before showering or swimming due to reactions when metals are mixed with chlorine.

Before dispatching, we check each order carefully and package securely. Once you receive your jewellery, we do ask that you also check it carefully. If you feel the goods you have received are damaged in anyway, please ensure you return them to us unused within fourteen days (postage paid by you). Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and supply us with the tracking number. Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any commissioned/ memorial items cannot be returned.

If you wish to make a return, email willowblossomjewellery@outlook.com clearly stating the reason for returning the goods and we will supply returns paperwork that must accompany the goods.

Please ensure that you provide your accurate ring size when ordering as your ring will be made exactly to this size. Upon order, I will post a ring sizer to you. Once your correct ring size is confirmed using email, I will begin to make your ring. The ring sizer should be able to be removed over your knuckle comfortably.

Jewellery made of .925 Sterling Silver and weighing more than 7.78g, must be hallmarked in the UK. (This weight does not include the gemstones or chains that can be removed without using tools).
