Before dispatching, we check each order carefully and package securely. Once you receive your jewellery, we do ask that you also check it carefully. If you feel the goods you have received are damaged in anyway, please ensure you return them to us unused within fourteen days (postage paid by you). Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and supply us with the tracking number. Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any commissioned/ memorial items cannot be returned.

If you wish to make a return, email willowblossomjewellery@outlook.com clearly stating the reason for returning the goods and we will supply returns paperwork that must accompany the goods.

This is a delicate piece of jewellery so it will need to be treated with care. This item shouldn't be worn in bed or when exercising.

Silver and other metals do tarnish naturally over time. This is due to natural causes but some everyday routines can also speed that up (contact with soaps, body sprays, perfumes, sweat and the oils that are in our skin.) We recommend using a good quality jewellers silver cloth regularly (which is provided with your order) and always remove jewellery before showering or swimming.

Jewellery made of .925 Sterling Silver and weighing more than 7.78g, must be hallmarked in the UK. (This weight does not include the gemstones or chains that can be removed without using tools). Please understand that your unique handcrafted jewellery is made from scratch. This takes time so from placing your order to delivery could be 3 weeks. Pieces that we have more than one in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 days.

During busy times of the year, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, we will be much busier, therefore orders may take longer to be completed and shipped.
